I have to say that grazing tables are kinda my jam. I enjoy doing them, I love styling them and even more I can stand in front of one and eat and eat and eat.

I had the pleasure of creating one for a party hosted by Bobby Boyd & Josh Flagg of the show Million Dollar Listing and felt like a kid in a candy store. Literally.

Bobby wanted a skeleton as the focal point so armed with his skeleton I went to town on this table. With the main savory food being a mix of cheese & charcuterie and tasty dips. I also incorporated a candy & sweets spread around the perimeter so it served as not just the appetizer but an area you kept coming back to throughout the night.

So what do you think?

Basics for a table like this focus on good cheeses and charcuterie and tons of fruit. My go-to cheeses always include a hard cheese (usually a good cheddar), soft cheeses like Brie and Camembert and whatever looks great. Love the Manchego and fig pairing!

Use plenty of dry goods like crackers, bread, breadsticks for carriers of the cheese and meats. Fruits like berries, grapes, figs pair well. Also sprinkle in dried fruits and sliced citrus for decorative accents.
